4. Orders & Payments

• Refuse or cancel any order
• Limit quantities per customer
• Cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates only.

Pointe & Co. is not responsible for:

• Carrier delays
• Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. In-Store Pickup

Orders marked for pickup:

✔ Must be collected within 7 days

Unclaimed orders may:

• Be canceled
• Returned to inventory
• Subject to a 50% restocking fee

• Custom, clearance, and consignment items are final sale
• Refunds without receipt = store credit
